Delete your Solistant account

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from inside the app, or ask us to do it for you.

Delete it in the app

Sign in to Solistant.
Open Settings, then Account.
Select Delete Account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Delete my Solistant account”. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

Your account, connected-system credentials, energy readings, forecasts, settings, schedule history and Solistant subscription record are deleted. Inverter-command audit records are pseudonymised so they no longer directly identify your account and are retained for three years for incident investigation and legal claims. Records that must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be kept only for the applicable period.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or Apple. To prevent another charge, cancel it separately in your app-store subscription settings. Google Play subscriptions can be managed at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
